Written Estimate
A written estimate will always be provided after the funeral arrangements have been made. By signing the estimate, the client agrees they are entering into a legal agreement with Richard Dalton Funerals and they accept our terms and conditions.
Payment Terms
We request that a payment of 50% of the total funeral costs is made within 24 hours of the funeral arrangements being completed. Failure to do so may result in the funeral service being delayed.

The final invoice will be issued two days after the funeral service has taken place. Payments can be made by BACS, cash, credit or debit card. Unfortunately, American Express is not accepted.

No discounts can be given for early payments. Should full payment not be received within 14 days, as per the agreement, we reserve the right to charge 2% interest on the outstanding balance.

If payment remains unpaid, we may pass client details to debt recovery agencies. Any additional costs incurred through this process will be passed on to the client.
